Nicolas GRAVEJAT<\/b><\/p>\n

Titulaire d\u2019un DESS en Droit International des Affaires \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Jean Moulin Lyon III et d\u2019un dipl\u00f4me de Programme G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Management \u00e0 l\u2019EM Lyon, Nicolas GRAVEJAT a une exp\u00e9rience de plus de 20 ans dans le secteur du B\u00e2timent et des Travaux Publics et de l\u2019Industrie.\nNicolas a \u00e9t\u00e9 juriste d\u2019entreprise au sein de l\u2019entreprise BRUNET TP dans l\u2019Ain puis a rejoint le Groupe PREZIOSO, leader mondial de l\u2019application de peinture industrielle dans les industries p\u00e9troli\u00e8re et nucl\u00e9aire, en qualit\u00e9 de Directeur Juridique.\nIl est l\u2019auteur du Guide Pratique de la Sous-Traitance paru aux \u00e9ditions DELMAS et a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 de nombreux articles juridiques pour Le Moniteur des Travaux Publics.\nIl a dispens\u00e9 des formations pour le Groupe Moniteur sur les th\u00e8mes int\u00e9ressant le secteur du BTP : la sous-traitance, la r\u00e9ception de travaux, la gestion des march\u00e9s de travaux priv\u00e9s ou publics.\nFort de cette exp\u00e9rience, Nicolas a fond\u00e9 le Cabinet GRAVEJAT AVOCAT en novembre 2018 pour mettre \u00e0 la disposition de ses clients ses comp\u00e9tences et son approche r\u00e9solument tourn\u00e9e vers le terrain, le pragmatisme et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9.<\/p><\/p>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
